Westwood Christian School is excited to announce the launch of a new lunch program for the 2022-2023 school year: Promise Catering will be preparing our school lunches in-house every day.

Using Promise Catering’s online service, you can monitor your lunchtime purchases and track what you have been eating for the past 30 days. You can also make deposits directly into your accounts, enable email reminders for when your account balance gets low, and set up auto-replenish to ensure your account never runs out of funds. Each account balance will be updated throughout the day.

Open a New Account

  1. Contact jvelasco@promisecatering.com to get your student ID and verification code
  2. Go to PromiseCatering.revtrak.net
  3. Click "Create New Account"
  4. Once your account is created, log in and click "Make a Payment" on the home page
  5. Click "Add Student." You will be prompted to enter your student ID and verification code. Please repeat this step for any additional students in your family
  6. Once your student's account is set up, you will be able to add funds (using your payment preference), set up auto-replenish, and track your student’s purchases
  7. All payments made online will incur a processing fee of 3.62%
  8. Students can make payments on their account at any time through the cafeteria register
  9. Purchases may also be made with cash, debit card, or credit card

We encourage you to set up email reminders for low balances and sign up for the auto-replenish feature. Any money that is not spent by the end of the school year will rollover to the following school year.

We enjoy serving your students. Keeping your account up to date will help us continue to offer your students a great and delicious meal!

Sincerely,

Promise Catering Team
