Carolina Salermo

CarolinaSalermoMy name is Carolina Salermo and I am the Secretary for the Alumni Association. I am a lifer from the class of 2019. I was the president of my class, an NHS member, a student ambassador, and was involved in many other clubs. I am now attending Nova Southeastern University as a biology major. I plan on pursuing an M.D. and specializing in OB/GYN. I found my passion for Biology my sophomore year in the lab with Mr. Wishart. During my years as a student, I learned a lot about myself and, most importantly, grew. I see Westwood as not only the place I made my life-long friends and found my passion, but the place I grew in the Lord. I may now be a shark, but I will always be a warrior at heart.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Camila Vizcarrondo. I am a graduate of Westwood Christian School of the Class of 2015 and the first President of the Alumni Association. As we begin our 60th year anniversary, we are excited to look back at what God has done through Westwood. As alumni, we have both contributed to and benefited from the ministry of WCS. It is with great pride that I announce to you the establishment of Westwood Christian School's first official Alumni Association. I, along with a group of other alumni, will serve as the Executive Committee to the Association in an effort to carry out its mission: promoting the excellence of Westwood Christian School and encouraging involvement; cultivating love, respect and pride in WCS. We hope that you will be a part of expanding our school's legacy. Join me and many others in growing our alumni network.
