Admission Process


Parents of children entering preschool must submit and complete the following prior to the time of registration:

  • Student Application
  • Parent/Student Agreement
  • Registration Form
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • VPK Voucher (if applicable)
  • Payment of Registration Fee
  • Register with FACTS Tuition Management


Elementary, Middle, and High School

Parents of students entering kindergarten through twelfth grade must submit all required documentation and complete the following steps in order to be considered for enrollment at Westwood Christian School:

Step 1:

  • Student Application (both parents must sign both sides)
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Student Records (grades and standardized test scores) for current and previous years
  • Complete year-to-date grade transcripts (for students entering grades 8-12)
  • School Recommendation Form (to be completed by your child’s current school and sent to Westwood Christian School)
  • $70.00 Testing Fee


Step 2:

  • Acceptance notification
  • Meeting with Principal, Parents and Student(s)


Step 3:

  • Registration Form
  • Parent-Student Agreement with initials and signatures
  • Payment of Registration Fee


Entrance Test

An entrance test is required in order for your student to be considered for enrollment. The date and time of the test will be provided once step 1 is completed.


To Reserve Your Seat

After acceptance into Westwood Christian School, a non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your student's seat. All above steps must be completed.

Current immunization records (blue and gold HRS certificates) must be presented before the student may be admitted to class.
