International Student Admission Checklist
Step 1 - Online Inquiry
- Online Application
- Pay $900.00 application and processing fee
- Original Birth Certificate – Translated in English (notarized)
- Copy of Passport
- Copy of the most recent report card for grades K5-8, High School official transcript required for grades 9-12 grade, translated in English with U.S. grade equivalency
- If transferring with an I-20 from any U.S. school, a “Transfer In” form will be required.
- Student Recommendation Form required from current school
- Biological Parent(s) - Names & Address Form
- Biological Parent(s) - Power of Attorney for Child Care Form (Notarized)
- Guardian(s) - Acceptance of Guardianship Form (Notarized)
- Guardian(s) - Proof of living expenses funds (Example: 2-3 months of bank statements)
- Financial Affidavit
- Entrance Exam (If testing outside the U.S. Proctor’s name, address, phone number, and email is required)
Step 2 - Issuing an I-20
- Complete all of step 1 requirements
- Interview with Principal in person or via video conference
- Westwood Christian Acceptance letter
- Pay full year of tuition and fees
- Sign acknowledgement forms
- Pay $600.00 Registration/Enrollment Fee
Step 3 - Upon arrival
- Provide a copy of 1-94 (visit www.cbp.gov/194)
- I-20 form validation of parents/guardians signatures
- Florida Health forms and updated immunizations records
- Proof of Student’s Health Insurance
