Guidance
At Westwood Christian School, we believe counseling
is a vital link to academic, career, and social development
for all students. Our goal is to ensure that our educational programs
and counseling combine together to provide a challenging environment so every student can achieve his/her highest potential.
The Florida Department of
Education recognizes FACCS as a non-public school accrediting agency
and is listed as such on the FDOE web site. The National Council for
Private School Accreditation is recognized under Title 8 of Federal
Regulations 8 CFR 214.3(b)(2). All schools in the State of Florida are
required by law to accept and recognize courses taught at Westwood
Christian School.
