This Week in Warrior Athletics - General Information for Ahtletics and Parents - Our Coaches Warrior Head Lines  Highlight Videos Basketball - Espino Nullifies Fast Break Football - McCall makes opponent pay  Warrior Boys open year with solid victories from top to bottom:  The varsity boys played solid defense and over came a 12 point first half deficit to defeat district rival Palmer Trinity 58-51. Raymond Bryant put the cherry on the sundae laying in the final points at the buzzer.  Kevn Burgos led all scorers with 23 points and 6 assists, while seniors Jacksonville Gaston and Jordan Tillery followed with 14 each.  However, defense was the difference tonight.  Robert Espino had 2 blocks with one monster block to stop the Falcon's big man's fast break (look for this one on video soon).  Raymond Bryant  was big with 5 steals.  Earlier the Junior Varsity Boys rallied in the fourth quarter to defeat Palmer Trinity  54-50.  Leading Scorers: Rodari Revere 17 pts and 6 steals, Michael Coffino and Sam Boyd with 13 points each. Michael had 5 assists and Sam had 5 steals.  Jose Garcia had a big night inside with 7 rebounds.  Meanwhile, to the south the Middle School Boys were dismantling The Herirtage School 44-27 on the asphalt. Nick Molina lead all scorers with 16 points.  Maricio Chiriboga followed with 14.    >>> Reminder: Baseball and Softball parent coaches meetings this week.
