Westwood Christian School has hired local baseball coach Robert Santos-Alborná as the new head coach for their varsity baseball team. 

Mr. Santos played baseball locally at both the high school and college level, coached high school for a two year period in the late 80s, and has more than 10 years of successfully coaching at various levels including Glades & Flagami Khoury League and travel baseball. 

Accomplishements:
From 2001 through 2006, his teams won County, National and International Honors (i.e. Glades Baseball League, Continental American Baseball Association, Miami International Baseball Tournament, Disney, etc.).  

“This is certainly an honor and an opportunity. There is a nucleus of talent which through hard work may well exceed expectations.  I am certainly looking forward to this season.” 

Education:
Masters Degree in Economics from FIU
BA in Economics and International Relations
Executive Program from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy’s School of Government.
