Master Plan

In 2007 a Master Plan Committee was established by the Deacon Board of First Baptist Church of Westwood Lake to develop an overall plan for the future, such as the following:

• Relocate the Middle School/High School media center to the mezzanine
• Relocate Grades K5-5 to the ranch location
• Relocate the church facilities to the ranch location
• Develop an athletic complex at the ranch location
• Other projects under development for Westwood Christian School
• Improved security
• Continued technology innovations in classrooms
• Continued expansion of athletics and fine arts
• Establish a lap top program in Grades 9-12
• Continued remodeling the Middle School
• Continued staff development in both curriculum and technology
  

The staff and faculty praise God for His direction and blessings of the past five decades. We trust Him to continue to lead us into the future 50 years as we seek to faithfully serve the Lord Jesus Christ and city of Miami with the best in Christian education.
