Tuition Information
Tuition is based on a 180-day school year. Unless paid in advance, tuition payments are due on the first of each
month and are overdue after the 10th of the month. Payments may be made at either location. There is a
$15.00 late fee for all payments received after the 10th of the month. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
We have two types of payment plans:
1. Ten Payment Plan - 10 monthly payments, due on the 1st of each month, beginning August 1.
2. Annual Payment Plan - One payment, due on or before August 1, with a 5% discount of the tuition.
Note: We are now accepting debit and credit cards at no extra charge. Credit cards are only processed in the
Business Office (bldg. 2000, 5801 SW 120 Ave).

Note:
- Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and a 10-month payment plan has been set up for your convenience. The first tuition payment is due on August 1st and the last (10th) payment is due May 1st.
- There is a 5% discount on the tuition (only) if you pay in full by August 1, 2007.
Discount: Tuition is applied at the full rate to the student in the highest grade from the same family attending Westwood Christian School. A 10% discount is provided for the second student, 20% discount for the 3rd and 25% for the 4th student.
IMPORTANT ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
A $25.00 late fee will be added to any account not paid by the 10th of the month.
A $29.00 charge will be added for any amounts returned by the bank.
Students will not be allowed in class if an account is 60 days past due.

BEFORE/AFTER CARE FEES
Before Care 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM
After Care 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Our BEFORE/AFTER CARE program is open until 6:30 PM every day that school is in session. This service is provided to you at a weekly rate of $25.00 per child in addition to your tuition charges. Parents wishing to use our BEFORE/AFTER CARE will have to fill out a short application for each child. Children in after care without an application will be charged for the entire week. This rate is a weekly rate and will be charged accordingly, if you wish to discontinue using the service please notify the school office in writing.
No refunds or credits given for days absent.
Late Pick-up (after 6:30 PM)
$15.00 every fifteen minutes
The above before and after care fees are based on days when school is in session. The before and after care charge for the three days of teachers’ convention is $25.00 per day. Before and after care is not available for 6th through 12th grade students on days that school is not in session. Before and after care will be closed during all holidays.
Athletes not picked up by parents on time will be charged after care fees.
